WHAT’S OUR RETURN POLICY?

For orders placed within the United States, we accept returns within 45 days (effective 9/21/2021) after you receive shipping confirmation. For orders shipped to Canada, we accept returns within 45 days after shipping confirmation. All returns are free. In order to accept your return, items must be unworn with tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and include its original shoebox without post labels.

Please note, items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credits.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

At this time, we are unable to exchange products on ALaCarteFashion.com.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Click here to start a return , and follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. All returns are free. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the original packing slip with the reason for return form on the back of the slip fully completed.

All ALaCarteFashion purchases made via Klarna & PayPal must be returned by mail only.

WHAT IS FINAL SALE? CAN I RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS?

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ indicate it will not be restocked and may not be returned or exchanged.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. It can take up to 5 additional business days after the refund is processed for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A PACKING SLIP?

If you do not have a packing slip, please follow the return instructions above and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • First and last name

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Reason for return

  • Purchase date

  • Payment method

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so a representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. You may place an order for the replacement item(s) however, availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed.

If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 555-555-5555. Please have your order number available when you call.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
